Applications are now open for the role of Program Manager at Stella.
Now in its tenth year, Stella is a leading voice for gender equality and cultural change in Australian literature. We deliver meaningful programs to support Australian women and non-binary writers, and promote greater access to, and participation in, the world of books and writing to combat gender bias in society.

The Program Manager is a key member of Stella’s small but passionate team, based out of our offices in the State Library Victoria. This is a part-time (0.8FTE) role that enjoys flexible working arrangements.
Stella is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages applications from people who identify as First Nations, people of colour, trans and gender diverse, and/or Deaf, disabled/people with a disability.
